1^st Contact would like to remind you that if you’re the director of a Limited Company it is your responsibility to fulfil certain HMRC and Inland Revenue obligations. Below are some dates that you may like to take note of for the coming month: 

VAT  - 28^th February - VAT returns and payment due for the quarter ending 31st January 2009. 

Personal Tax - 28^th February – HRMC automatically apply a 5% penalty surcharge on any overdue 2007/08 personal tax.  

Annual Accounts - 28^th February - Accounts filing deadline for Limited Companies with accounting periods ending 30th April 2008. 

Corporation Tax- 28^th February - Filing of corporation tax returns for accounting periods ended 29 February 2008. 

Annual Shuttle Return- Annual Shuttle Returns (ASR) need to be filed prior to the anniversary of the date your Limited Company was incorporated.
